Our forms engine vendor has given this tool a new look. The changes are minimal however, the new look may take some time to get familiar with. As usual, once the basic inputs are entered with the drop-down boxes, the forms page will pop-up. The basic carrier selected package will appear and the forms included will have the yellow highlight (and a • red dot).
You can ADD or DELETE case specific forms (for replacement forms, business case, supplemental form, etc) with the red/green buttons In the upper right corner there is a "Package" blue button with the number of forms included. Select with a click and the normal options will appear at the bottom of the list of included forms. As you use this forms tool, I'm sure it will be easy and quite handy, 24/7/365.
